Eevelin was born the eight child born into a family of ten, all of which, save for her mother, were boys. Growing up, she watched her older brothers go down into the mines and had to take care of them when they would get sick or injured. Wantign to stop his cycle, she began to work with the towns people and local researchers to help find a way to harness the power of stones without having to mine for them.
Once successful in creating a sanctuary, she became famous in her town and across the Kiboun and eventually caught the eye of high ranking Pokemon experts. During her research, she became aquatinted with Bill and grew very found of him during his stay. Despite the age gap, they fell in love and keep up a long distance relationship.
