This cave was created by waves that hollowed it out. Now it is a sanctuary for wild Pokemon both of water and ice. The cave has many levels and a few drop off points. It is most known for the light it emits when the moon is full. It is rumored that a Pokemon from a far off land comes to hibernate there.
